UAE, represented by the Federal Geographic Information Center, participated in the Geospatial world Forum 2024, held in Rotterdam, Kingdom of the Netherlands. Under the theme Powering the world economy.
The delegation was led by His Excellency Dr. Khalifa Mohammed Thani Al Romaithi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Federal Geographic Information Center. In the presence of Her Excellency Eng. Anwaar Al Shimmari, Executive Director of the Geospatial Information Governance Sector at FGIC, and a number of the Centre’s employees.
This global event, is an interactive collaborative platform that attracts the most prominent experts and specialists in the geospatial information sector, in addition to the participation of government agencies, the private sector, and scientific and academic institutions.
